Living with Parkinson's Disease (PD) can be challenging, but finding moments of joy and connection with nature can greatly improve quality of life. During my neighborhood walk yesterday, I had a wonderful experience connecting with nature.I have decided to make a conscious effort to prioritize daily discoveries during my walks. I Love the Outfit…it’s SO YOU!!
As I stared at my reflection in the mirror, I couldn't help but wonder who this old lady was looking back at me. Trying on clothes meant for a sweet, sexy 20-year-old only added to the shock.
