Living with Parkinson's Disease (PD) can be challenging, but finding moments of joy and connection with nature can greatly improve quality of life. During my neighborhood walk yesterday, I had a wonderful experience connecting with nature.I have decided to make a conscious effort to prioritize daily discoveries during my walks.
