After our podcast this week I was curious about how many Democratic women are in Congress. In both chambers there are 109 Democrats & 44 Republicans. Women represent 43% of the House & 31% of the Senate.
I decided to take a look at some of these Senators, Representatives as well as Governors.
Here are a few I believe it’s worth following closely as they are movers & shakers or as we like to say Making Shit Happen !
Representative Katie Porter CA, Representative Mary Sattler Peltola Alaska, Representative Cori Bush Illinois, Representative Lucy McBath GA, Senator Tammy Duckworth Illinois, Senator Amy Klobucher MN, Senator Catherine Cortez Masto Nevada.
Governor Gretchen Whitmer Michigan, Governor Katie DHobbs AR.
There are also some awesome Democrats in state government. A few Floridians to watch are Representative Kathy Castor, Representative Anna V Eskamani & Senator Lauren Book!
You can find them all on Social Media. Some are running for reelection & could use your support !!
